Strategic Positioning
The planning and allocating of library resource should take into account of the development status of departments and schools. Consideration of the physical space and annual budget limitation, the library resources shall concentrate on the major development policy or direction of school. In addition, via the interlibrary corporation system to complementary the vary demands from readers. As a whole, the library shall play the following four roles: (1) supports all the departments and schools' teaching requirements; (2) manages the relationship with readers; (3) assists all the academic rese arch requirements; (4) collections consist with the policy direction.
Facilities and Systems
This new building will provide the modern environment to meet the requirement of readers. Besides the automatic system has been completed, we proceed to establish several systems for books recommendation, thesis and journal se arch , new library 3D navigation and guidance system.
